License Plate Recognition

A car’s number plate can be used as an access control credential. This allows you to pre-program the car’s number plate into an access control system. Using high-resolution cameras, the system is able to capture the car registration as the car drives up to a boom/gate and grant instantaneous access should that vehicle have the correct credentials

Boom Gates & Vehicle Barriers

A Boom gate acts as a barrier for access of vehicles to a controlled area. Once access is granted to the vehicle the boom gate will open and the vehicle will pass through. The boom is a long pole that pivots from a horizontal position to a vertical position once open and closes once the vehicle passes its Infrared beam or the coil. Vehicle barriers can also be raising bollards which will rise out of the ground and lower into the ground with operation.

Metal Detectors

This is an electronic device that detects metal objects. This device can either be a handheld unit that a person will swipe over an object or a person’s body to detect concealed metal or firearms. It can also be a unit that is free standing in an arched shaped walkway where a person passes through it and the device will then detect concealed metal or firearms. This device is typically used at Banks or mines where assets need to be protected.
